Flackable Celebrates 5-Year Anniversary
Flackable, a national, full-service public relations and digital marketing agency headquartered in Philadelphia, today celebrates five years since the agency’s 2014 launch.
Founded by award-winning public relations strategist Brian Hart, Flackable serves growth-driven financial and professional services firms across the United States. Hart, who formerly represented several major financial brands as an account executive at New York City public relations agency JConnelly, originally created Flackable as a niche agency serving wealth management firms.
“I saw a rapidly growing market of independent financial advisory firms being frustratingly underserved and misdirected,” said Hart. “I knew these entrepreneurial firms needed a strategic partner to help them thrive in an increasingly competitive, constantly evolving business landscape. That realization inspired me to spend countless nights documenting all of my scattered ideas in a notebook, and shortly thereafter, I organized those ideas into a business plan.”
When a LinkedIn encounter presented Hart with an opportunity to sign his first client, he quit his job and returned to his hometown of Reading, Pennsylvania to strike off on his own. In May of 2014, Flackable was born.
“It all happened so quickly, and the days leading up to that decision were wild,” said Hart. “But the decision itself wasn’t hard. In the end, I knew the temporary pain of failure would be nothing compared to the lasting agony of regret had I not seized the opportunity in front of me – so I went all in.”
While financial advisors and asset managers continue to be a core focus for the agency, Flackable has expanded into several areas of financial and professional services, particularly since relocating to Philadelphia in 2017.
In February of 2019, Flackable upgraded its office headquarters to facilitate expansion plans, a move that earned a profile in the Philadelphia Business Journal recognizing the agency’s commitment growth and innovation.
“This evening we will take some much-deserved time to celebrate our accomplishments to date,” said Hart. “Tomorrow morning, our focus goes right back to the present and future.”
Flackable will celebrate this milestone on the roof deck of the agency’s new Rittenhouse Square office headquarters, a private event to recognize the past and present employees, clients, business associates, family and friends who have supported the agency along the way.
