The Flackable App

Earn it. Track it. Use it.

The Flackable App is a credibility marketing suite for brands and agencies, powered by the agency that wrote the book: media tracking with a status you can check anytime, a press page that updates when a hit lands, media kits, a draft of the post the day a story runs, and a newsline, in one place, with a real agency on the other end of every seat. Membership is how a brand gets in, and it's by invitation.

In beta by invitation through December 31, 2026. Official launch January 1, 2027.

Why the App exists

You can watch a sandwich cross town, a ride turn the corner and a package move from a warehouse to your porch, none of it for fifty dollars. Then a brand spends five figures a month on PR and emails an account manager to find out whether the release went out. Nobody stares at the screen after ordering a ride. The point is that fifteen minutes in, with no alert, you can pull it up and see exactly where it is. PR clients deserve the same, and the App was built around two things every one of them needs.

Access

What you want: To check the status of any draft, placement or nomination whenever you choose, and to trust that it's current.

What's in the way: PR has been a black box for as long as there has been PR, and clients were told that's how it works.

What the App does: Every item carries a status a member can pull up at any time. Nobody to email.

Use

What you want: Every placement put to work the day it runs.

What's in the way: Most earned coverage is never used, because no system exists to use it. It gets a screenshot, a congratulations email and a quiet death in a shared folder.

What the App does: Every placement lands with what it takes to use it: the post, the press page, the media kit, the coverage roundup. The book's system, turned into buttons.

None of this is new to Flackable. It launched its first client portal in January 2020 and promised real-time, on-demand reporting. This is the second attempt, built with what didn't exist the first time.

What's in the App

Monitoring tools were built for corporate brands that inherently demand media attention. This was built for the brands counting every placement, and it puts each one to work.

  • Live press page

Every placement, as it lands, on a page you embed on your own site. Ours runs at flackable.com/press.

  • Media kits

Spokesperson profiles, headshots and a downloadable kit, with an interview request that reaches a person: you, or your account lead.

  • Tracking and reports

Named placements in named outlets, with the numbers that matter when you count every one. Monthly reports built from the same data, and a coverage roundup when you need everything in one place.

  • Draft a post

Turn each placement into a ready-to-post update the day it runs.

  • The experts directory

Member spokespeople, open to the press. Everyone in it has been vetted by Brian.

  • The newsline

A public wire for press releases and commentary, open to any newsroom.

Talk to Brian

Every Flackable client is a member. Partner agencies run their clients here under their own name. The platform stays Flackable, because the agency is the product and the App is the front door.

Request an invitation

Membership for your brand, or a partner seat for your agency. Tell us who you are and what you'd use it for.

What happens next

  1. You request.
  2. Brian reads it.
  3. If it's a fit, your invitation comes from him.

Why by invitation

Because a real agency answers every seat. During the beta Brian reads every request and approves every member himself. The experts directory lists only people he has vetted. And because the agency's reputation rides on every member, who gets in is a reputation decision, not a sales one. We'd rather say no than overpromise.

Which seat

If it's a fit, your invitation comes from Brian.

The Start

Book a strategy session. It's free, it's with Brian, and there's no slideshow. You'll get a straight read on whether earned media can move your brand and what it would take, you'll hear the price before you ask for it, and nobody will ask what your budget is. If the answer is no, you'll hear that too.
