As founder and president of Flackable, Brian Hart is committed to helping clients reach new levels of growth by emboldening them with superior communications counsel and services. He is accountable for the planning, development and execution of goal-driven public relations campaigns for clients in financial and professional services. Under Brian’s leadership, his team routinely lands clients in top news outlets including The Wall Street Journal, CNBC, Fox Business, Bloomberg, Forbes, Barron’s, US News & World Report, The Associated Press, Reuters and various industry trade press. His professional recognition includes Irish America Magazine’s 2017 Business 100, PR News’ 2017 Rising PR Stars 30 & Under, Lehigh Valley Business’s 2016 Forty Under 40 and Adweek’s 2015 PR Industry 30 Under 30.
Brian is a Temple University graduate with a B.A. in Strategic Communication and a Political Science minor. He began his career at The Beacon Group of Companies, a broad-based financial services firm in Greater Philadelphia, first in corporate retirement sales and later as a licensed life and health insurance professional. Prior to founding Flackable, Brian represented a number of leading financial services firms at JConnelly, a public relations agency located in New York City and New Jersey.

Binh Nguyen is a senior account executive at Flackable. In her leadership role, Binh plans and executes goal-oriented PR and digital marketing campaigns on behalf of her clients, strategically establishing them as industry newsmakers and thought leaders. She also contributes to the supervision and development of Flackable’s junior staff. Binh’s can-do, people-focused attitude has helped her build relationships with media professionals at top national, local and trade publications, which has landed clients coverage in The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, CNBC.com, CNN Money, Reuters, Bloomberg, Kiplinger, US News & World Report, Yahoo! Finance and various industry trade press. She is an active member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), and is also part of PRSA’s Philadelphia chapter, which is the fifth largest chapter in the country.
Binh is a Temple University graduate, where she received her B.A. in public relations from the Lew Klein College of Media and Communication. Outside of Flackable, Binh, known in Philadelphia as the Sushi Queen, manages the @Philly_Sushi Instagram account with over 37,000 followers and has been featured on local Fox, ABC and CBS affiliates. She is also an on-camera personality with MyNewPhilly, covering news and social events in the Philadelphia area.

Isabella Abiuso is an assistant account executive at Flackable. Isabella strategically strives to connect Flackable’s financial and professional services clients to media professionals in their respected industries. Prior to joining Flackable’s team, Isabella worked in hospitality PR securing national placements in outlets including Forbes and the Food Network, in addition to local press in The Philadelphia Inquirer, Philadelphia Business Journal, Philadelphia Magazine and more. Isabella is eager to drive through dynamic challenges and is enthusiastic to develop her relationships and professional skills in her new role at Flackable.
Isabella graduated cum laude from Temple University with a B.A. in strategic communications with a focus in public relations, and she also completed a business minor and event leadership certificate. Isabella was an account associate of the student PR firm, Prowl, and member of the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA). When she wasn’t in class or working as a peer advisor at Temple University’s Education Abroad Office, she completed seven internships as an undergraduate focusing in digital marketing, social media and public relations.
Jenna Faccenda is an account coordinator at Flackable. In her role, she executes focused public relations and digital marketing campaigns for financial and professional services firms. Her efforts have landed clients coverage in publications such as Forbes, Investopedia and various local outlets.
Jenna received her B.A. in journalism from Temple University’s Lew Klein College of Media and Communication. While in school, Jenna was active in both the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) and Temple’s student-run PR firm PRowl. Before graduating, she held various roles within the firm including Junior Account Executive and Director of Public Relations. Jenna runs a website that helps counsel new writers called Writely Me. Before joining Flackable, Jenna completed publicity and marketing internships at Penguin Random House and Running Press.
As the agency’s senior web designer, Maria oversees Flackable’s website and graphic design services. In this role she utilizes over a decade of experience in web design, web development, graphic design, digital video and photography. Additionally, she consults and collaborates with the account team and clients in creative strategy for the agency’s results-driven PR and digital marketing campaigns.
Maria graduated from the University of Delaware with a B.F.A. in Photography and an Interactive Media minor before earning her M.A. in Digital Arts at the Maryland Institute College of Art. Prior to working with Flackable, she served as a Multimedia Instructor at High Tech High Charter School. She has also held graphics and web development roles in both in-house and agency settings.
As the operations manager, Kaitlyn Smith supports the agency’s talent development and business optimization initiatives. In this role, she applies her account management experience to train and mentor Flackable’s growing team while optimizing client service and general operations. She is an active member of Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and is also part of PRSA’s Philadelphia chapter, which is the fifth largest chapter in the country.
Kaitlyn joined Flackable as an account coordinator in 2016 before advancing to account executive in 2017. In the account role, she led results-drive public relations and digital marketing campaigns for several financial and professional services firms. Her efforts drove business leads, bolstered search engine visibility and landed clients in top national news outlets including The Wall Street Journal, Forbes and CNBC.com. Kaitlyn is a Drexel University graduate, where she earned a B.A. in Communication, and she is currently an MBA candidate at Georgetown University.

Ellen Binkley is the finance manager at Flackable. She is responsible for payroll management, benefit administration, human resources, risk management and bookkeeping for the agency. She utilizes her nearly 30 years of payroll and other fiscal experience to support Flackable’s growing team. Additionally, she aids in the onboarding and orientation process of new hires and seasonal interns.
Ellen is a graduate of Lebanon Valley College where she received her bachelor’s degree in Music Education. Prior to joining Flackable, she served as a payroll specialist at the Berks county Intermediate Unit.
